One Minute Vanilla Protein Mug Cake! All the tastiness, in no time!!

Mug cakes have been taking over the microwaves and fitness world for some time now. They’re tasty, easy to make, and usually contain fewer than five ingredients. Urban Body Fix is here to introduce you to the mug cake you need in your life this instant (a minute to be exact)!

Ingredients:

1 scoop of TLS Nutrition Shake (chocolate or vanilla!)

½ tsp of baking powder

1 tbsp of flour 

1 tbsp of granulated sugar 

1 large egg

¼ cup of milk

¼ tsp vanilla extract

Optional: 1 tsp of chocolate chips

Add all of the dry ingredients into a greased microwave safe bowl or container. Next add the egg, followed by milk and vanilla extract. Add milk as needed to form a thick batter. Stick the batter in the microwave and enjoy! 

This recipe is so versatile and so easy to adjust to fit your dietary needs! Substitute almond, oats, or coconut milk to make the recipe dairy-free. Use a gluten free flour blend. Choose the type of granulated sugars that makes you feel your best.
