Add a Vitamin B Supplement!

When one cuts out bread and cereals, they cut out a lot of food products that are major sources for vitamin B. To combat this loss of vitamin B, we recommend adding nutraMetrix Isotonix Activated B-Complex, which contains a multitude of vitamin B complexes in isotonic form so that your body can absorb the vitamin goodness more quickly and efficiently.

Avoid Highly Processed GF Products

Everyone loves a good cookie here and there, even gluten free ones. You don’t have to totally cut out baked goods and sweet snacks from your diet if you go gluten free, but it is important to note that many gluten free baked goods contain more sugars, carbohydrates, and salt than their gluten counterparts. So just keep in mind that even if it's gluten free, you should still read the ingredients.
