Pumpkin Bread

If you are tired of making banana bread, this recipe is for you. This recipe is moist and fluffy and will leave you wanting more. It is easy to make this pumpkin loaf customizable to all dietary restrictions. Add in chocolate chips or nuts to add even more flavor. Top it off with a sprinkle of pumpkin-pie spice. 


Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

After you have carved and scooped out your pumpkins, there will be a lot of leftover pumpkin guts to deal with. Place the pumpkin seeds on a pan. Drizzle with olive oil and any spice of choice. Place in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for at least 30 minutes, shifting the pumpkin seeds at the 15-minute mark. 

Pumpkin Spice Milkshake

If you want a sweet start to your morning, try a pumpkin spice milkshake. Blend a scoop of pumpkin spice nutrition powder with ice, banana, pumpkin puree, milk of your choosing and oats to create a hearty shake that is sure to keep you fuller longer. 

Roasted Pumpkin Soup 

As we enter colder weather, meals that will fill you up and warm you up are wonderful. Cut the pumpkin in chunks and place on a baking sheet to roast at a temperature of 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the pumpkin is finished roasting, scoop out the pumpkin flesh and add to the blender along with other ingredients until you have reached a consistency that you like. Roasted Pumpkin Salad

If you are tired of your usual salad, it may be time to shake it up and add an autumnal twist. Combine ingredients such as roasted pumpkin, dried cranberries, quinoa and sunflower seeds. Place on top of a bed of lettuce and enjoy. Add in crumbled goat cheese of feta if you want a creamy addition.
