For a little berry, goji berries are jam packed with essential nutrients. Just 1/4 cup of goji berries provides 9 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber and roughly 70 calories. Goji berries also have as much vitamin-C as fresh lemons and oranges. The high protein and fiber content of these berries may keep you fuller longer.

High in Antioxidants

Antioxidants protect cells from breaking down within the body when they are exposed to eevents such as stress, smoking or radiation. High levels of antioxidants can also indicate low levels of fat and high levels of fiber.

Improve Immune Function

High antioxidant levels can aid in immune system responses. Goji berries may aid in helping cope with common colds and flu symptoms. Their antioxidant and vitamin contents can also aid in the severity of cancer symptoms.
