Daily Reminder: Stay Hydrated!
Staying hydrated is essential for body and brain health, as well as for glowing skin. We lose a lot of water through perspiration during the summer, so we might become dehydrated more faster than usual. The fact that our bodies are made up of more than 60% water makes dehydration a major concern to our health. Our bodies are severely harmed when the amounts of body fluids drop. To stay hydrated, you can drink a variety of beverages and eat a variety of foods. Not all beverages aid in hydration, or to put it another way, not all beverages are created equal. Water is the finest hydrating fluid because it keeps the body cool. Let's be sure to stay hydrated this summer, but I know how easy it is to get caught up in our daily routines and forget to stay hydrated. UBF will assist you by giving some strategies for reminding yourself to drink enough water and making water your summer and lifelong BFF. I guarantee that this exercise will benefit you not only throughout the summer, but throughout your life.
Let's talk about how we can make it a routine to stay hydrated even when we aren't thirsty. Our bodies need to practice liking water and using it as a primary fluid rather than harmful fluids like soda. These are some of the ways we may assist ourselves keep hydrated by drinking water on a regular basis:
Eat your water by following a produce-heavy diet such as consuming fruits like watermelon, strawberry, and cantaloupe or consuming vegetables such as lettuce, cabbage, celery, and spinach. You can also include milk, yogurt and cottage cheese in your diet.
Use your smartphone for reminders and track your water consumption with a smart app of your choice, timer, or reminders.
Set a goal and let your bottle do the rest of the work. Get a water bottle which can be a regular bottle, showing up the quantity of consumed or even a smart water bottle can work.
Remind yourself to drink water when you wake up and before you go to sleep by setting it along with your alarm or bedtime.
Last but not the least, know your baseline hydration level before adjusting your water intake.
