4 Tips to Help Relieve Yourself of Toxins

2021 is finally here. Though nothing can change overnight, providing your body with proper nourishment to relieve any stress or toxins is what will help you grow into your best self. Whether it is physical toxins inside your body or toxic relationships in your life, letting go of what doesn’t serve you will push you to your goals.

Limit Alcohol Consumption

When metabolized in your body, alcohol is recognized as a toxin. Your liver metabolizes the alcohol and converts it into a harmless substance.  Next it is removed from your body. Focus on Developing a Steady Sleep Schedule

When you lay down at night to sleep, you are resetting your internal clock and charging your internal battery for the next day. Insufficient amounts of sleep can cause a disturbance in your lymphatic system. This disturbance could cause a toxic build up within your body. If you don’t receive enough sleep you could start feeling lethargic and unmotivated.

Cut Out Negative Relationships

Life is too short to be surrounded by people that don’t make you a better you. The people that are not helping you grow and reach your goals do not need to be with you when you reach them. Put more effort into the relationships that make you feel your best.  Think about the people that are your cheerleaders and that light you up.  Stick with them!
